Ayurvedic Consultation

Initial consultation

Using the ancient principles of Ayurveda, we will explore your current health concerns.

1 ½ hours

Bespoke treatment plan

Built to bring your health back into balance.

Two follow up phone calls

Reiki Session

£55

Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation, stress reduction and also promotes the body’s own healing.

It is a simple natural and safe treatment that works in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques to promote health and recovery.

Your first session: 1 ½ hour, £55

Subsequent sessions: 1 hour, £47

Distance Reiki Session

£35

If you are looking to receive healings from the comfort of your own home, remote healings are available.

Meditation Session

£30

Heart centered meditation gently brings awareness to the heart space, helping us move out of mental overthinking and into a state of compassion, calm and emotional balance.

Focusing on feelings of gratitude, love and connection, help soothe the nervous system, reducing stress and allowing us to respond to life from a place of presence, warmth and authenticity.

£10 from the cost of this session is donated to the Heart of Living Yoga Foundation.

The sessions are bespoke, in person or online and usually last around ½ hour.
